At Ape Survival, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
